It was clean and the facilities was good and the location was good for walking to the beach a s the neighbours very kind and friendly

The area was very rundown

Parking, balcony area, comfy beds and close to amenities

Upstairs bathroom needs a new toilet seat that is fitted securely and a bathroom mirror

We liked that it was in a vibrant bustling town centre close to a lovely park and beach, shops and restaurants and multiplex cinema. Big rooms and plenty of hot water.

No wifi at all, there isnt an internet connection into the wireless router. The owner doesn't answer your calls, texts or messages at all. When he finally did he simply denies everything and tells you to leave.This was very aggressive and nasty when we simply asked for a parking permit and why there was someone elses food in the cupboards and that the place needs cleaning. After we said no to leaving, (it was evening and we travelled 7 hours to get to Boscombe ) the owner sent the cleaners in. They spent an hour cleaning and warned us they had to remove the toilet handle because one of them got locked in recently, that the wifi wasn't working and never is and they had also been fined for parking outside the property in the past.The location was tricky as its a residential parking permit only area and a tiny parking space..so if you have a large car you will be out of the space and on the pavement. The owner Dave didnt leave us a permit, even though he sent a message prior saying we needed one. Also the location was very noisy in the morning as its next to a working garage servicing lots of cars, vans etc. Its advertised as ground level living. It is not. If you are disabled you still have steps to get into the property and no downstairs bathing or wall handles to aid you in the toilet. The upstairs toilet seat was coming off, the bath has a sharp crack in the side panel ,the bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly and there was no mirror for shaving. The curtain poles are barely fastened to the walls and everything is just grubby. The table mats had fresh food stains. The pots and pans etc all really old and burnt in stains. Not a surprise considering you cant wash up properly in a sink with no plug. The floors dirty and there was someone elses food in the cupboards and a used razor in the bathroom.. We stayed in 4 holiday lets over two weeks and this was by far the worst in every way.Butlins in Bognor was squecky clean in comparison.

Little things like no hand wash, biscuits that were left were out of date, water took a long time to drain in bathroom

Didn’t have basic toiletries or even coffee. Only 1 bin liner was provided. For the price I feel like they could have done better

Location was great, walkable distance to beach. The beds were very comfortable , including the sofa bed.

The property cleanliness was overall a big letdown, it didnot feel very clean. The cutlery, plates etc were wet in the cupboard. We found things like eyelashes on the shelves. Property was quite run down. But the property was good enough for 2 nights, quick stay.
