Clean and comfortable property. Good size fridge and kitchen. Bathroom clean and functional. Beds were comfortable and good sofa for kids to sit and watch TV on. Hosts were very responsive and gave good clear directions - we arrived very late after a long journey and found it easily. Overall worked very well as a base for us as a family of six attending a wedding in Hereford. Easy walk into town and nice quiet location.

Great location and spacious

When we arrived we were unable to access the property, we had received no information at all and I had messaged them on the drive down from Scotland. I initially messaged the owners then called them and received no response. I then contacted booking.com as we were concerned we would have no where to stay If we could not contact the owner. Booking.com were great they said they’d give them 45 minutes to respond to them then would refund us and book a new stay elsewhere. Eventually we assume booking.com got hold of them as we then received a message from the owner with instructions to open the lock box etc. could have done without the hassle of needing to call but we did get in. Although a week later I received an email saying I was getting a refund and a frantic message from the owner, I called booking.com again 45 min call! To be told we were refunded because the owners did not reply to their emails! So more hassle of waiting for a refund then transferring it to the owners, which I have just done. No offer of an apology or a discount for the hassle! 😂 The property itself is ok, quite dated and in bad need of redecoration, especially the carpets which are very badly stained! Would not stay again, purely for the stress of maybe not getting in. 😢

Surrounding was not well kept. Since I stayed 4 days. There is no area to dry wet clothes

Brilliant location just a short walk from the city centre. House itself was lovely and spacious, though clearly in need of a little work. Would stay again.

Both showers were very poor, electric shower unuseable due to temperature settings, TV connection was shaky, one of the door handles was not working and could lock you in the room (all fed back to host)

Spacious home with three large bedrooms in very quiet location yet only 10mins walk from Hereford station and 15 mins walk into town centre with amazing cathedral. Large Morrison near station.

Only one bathroom.

So easy, code sent to me and straight into the box for the key.

Nothing we all loved it, perfect for us. It does seem to be a work in progress but didnt bother us at all, would 100% stay again.
