Perfect one night stay before the flight.

Perfect location for Luton Airport. I will use this place again.

Nothing much other than decent bed linens.

Many. 1. The carpets and towels were stained and dirty. 2. Door locks not well maintained and they always closed.as no stoppers in all except one. 3. There were plastic flimsy window panes barely covering kitchen window...poor security. 4. The side kitchen exit door to outside porch was open from before....Noone locked it before. 5. Rooms and bathrooms very smelly and shabby. 6. Cobwebs and spiders in rooms. 7. Television hub in a messy tangle of wires could not start it in main room. 8. The back garden was almost a forest of overgrown weeds and plants. 9. No one came to show us around the house like elsewhere. I have never had any issue with any booking.com properties but this one has really upset me. Company should do some basic checks. This property ideally needs lot maintainence and then to be used for stay. Sorry for the owner but I have nothing better to say. Please sincerely look into my complaints so that your future customers say good.

Great location for airport

The large bright emergency lights in the hallway and landing which were unable to be turned off, doubled with a glass panel above each bedroom door hindered being able to sleep, tripled with no curtains and inadequate blinds meant it was light the whole night. There was also health and safety issues in the outside area.
