dodgy area and kitched window was made from plastic instead of glass and popped out easy and made it feel unsafe and easy to break into

It was clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay. Good location and quiet neighbourhood. Good communication with the host

My kids loved it, booked it to attend a wedding, and was out most of the day. Tv in each room, with netflix my kids loved it. Very spacious and good local amenities.

The garden could do with a Triming and more child friendly

Im sorry to leave a bad review but we all had an awful night’s sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable with rustling plastic sheeting. Also regarding the emergency lighting in the hall, it may be an idea to black out the panels above the doors as we felt like we were sleeping in day light.

Before entering the house, we noticed the kitchen windows were moving. Upon closer inspection, it was clear to see that the window panes were actually thin sheets of plastic and could be popped out extremely easily. We called and expressed our concerns about the safety aspect, especially as we had 3 small children, 5 and under, just to be informed that it would be getting replaced, which was no use to us as we were only staying one night. In the evening, we went to shower the 3 children, and there was no panel under the shower again a safety hazard with small children. Whilst showering with my one my children their was a sudden loud bang, and several sparks flew at me and my child which was extremely scary for both of us. My husband was then unable to take a shower as this was the only bathroom. I had read the hallway light that stays on overnight but didn't imagine that it would be as bright as it was. It made it extremely hard for my children to get to sleep as they like the bedroom doors open. If I had closed them, they wouldn't have been able to open them as they are very heavy fire doors. There is also no bannister at the bottom of the stairs for the children to hold whilst walking down the stairs. The back doors weren't locked, and I couldn't find the key to lock it. The only positive was the location to Luton Airport. We booked as we thought this would be a better option for the children to have more space for the evening and morning. We spoke with the owner who didn't make any solutions or resolve to our issue, nor did he apologise he made out that we were being difficult because we raised our concerns and issues. We did stay as if we couldn't book anything else local, but my husband and I did not sleep as we were concerned something might happen. Had we been informed about the windows in the first instance, we definitely would not have stayed. We took several pictures.
