It’s proximity to Luton airport. The kitchen was modern and well equipped.

The unkept front garden did not give a good first impression, the back garden was like a jungle and the outside of the property needs attention. The hallway light stayed on all night so it was difficult to sleep. The base of the shower was exposed and needed repairs. There was still washing in the dryer. The Tv was difficult to work, instructions would have been good. No batteries in the tv remote. Marks on the bedsheets.

The property never sent us any details for how to access the property so at the very last minute I had to book alternative accommodation. Very poor service.

Can't comment because we couldn't even get in despite paying.

Nothing

After a 5 hour journey, we were looking forward to relaxing, instead we had buy cleaning products, wash all cutlery/plates/cups. Wipe all surfaces and that was just the kitchen. All carpets should be replaced, as they are in a terrible state. Front of house not welcoming, weeds/uneven/broken slabs and that goes for the back of the property aswell. If i owned the property, it would be a full redecoration/refurb before i would even consider letting asnd charging people money.

Excellent location to get to the airport. Having a place for us all together rather than individual rooms like a hotel would have been

Well, the name doesn't relate to the property. It's far from elegant. Very dated, in need of painting, decorating, general up keep and a gardener. Doors missing from wardrobes and hanging off overhead cupboards, base of the shower missing. Few spiders lurking around and other insects flying around inside.

Not much unfortunately

The wires leading all around the living room floor. Unsafe plug sockets. Sockets not working. Broken glass in the overgrown garden. Windows not closing properly. I handrail on the stairs. Washing in both the washing machine and tumble dryer and hung over all the bannisters upstairs.

I was a bit unsure as there weren’t so many reviews for this property but we decided to take a risk and it was excellent. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Clean and comfortable rooms. All necessary facilities were available. We even had an ironing board and iron to press our dresses. Extra towels were provided as well. The property was definitely a worthy risk.

We found the check in and check out a bit off as 4pm was quite late and 10am was also quite early.

The package did not include any food. Owners replaced broken handle on patio doors being a security issue very quickly, entered while we were out, not too happy about that.

Arriving to a house that had seen better days outside. Get inside found kitchen adequate but someone's washing, washing in the machine and towels and bedding drying in the dryer. Walked into lounge to find extension cord and powerboard across doorway, which the dryer was attached to, attached to another powerboard which had the TV and other appliances plugged into. Very unsafe. Opened patio doors to let fresh air in and door handle came off in hand, making place unsecured. Backyard was like a forest, couldn't have been touched in months, mouldy outdoor furniture even if you wanted to sit outside. One of the sofas was so uncomfortable even with piling it up with cushions, needs re-stuffing or replacing. Carpets had been vacuumed but stained and worn. Upstairs carpet the same stained and worn, beds not the best quality mattresses a bit thin. But clean poor quality sheets on beds. Light bulbs blown in some rooms, side light in front bedroom faulty. Wardrobe doors off runners, stair rail at top of stairs loose, safety issue. Bathroom shower base surround had no tiles open to flooring, waterproof issue. Stinky smelly rags in cupboard under kitchen sink. There is also a crack in kitchen window that was complained about before that is not fixed. Walls need painting and mending needs a lot of TLC before it should be allowed to be rented out again. After travelling from Australia to find this was very upsetting and disappointing and I was not in a position to move after paying nearly £1000 for the week. I believe this was falsely advertised.

The property is in a residential area, quiet area. I like quiet area.

The compound front and back is vey unkept. Very dirty. Bush at the back like a forest. My children were actually scared of the house.
