Close to Luton airport

Emergency light was on all the time, the overall cleanliness of the house was not great. Good if you only stopping for 1 night would not recommend it for longer stay. Specific smell of mould everywhere.

Been there @5pm , but I still find people working there to fix something, I also used the kitchen door as an entrance, and waited a long time to get in as they were there.

Inside the rooms have a full smell of a kind of weed users place.but overall I can't blame anyone for that

The facilities were great. Tv’s in every room, heating working well, bjg lounge area

It was a bit unclean. Carpet had a lot of marks. Walls had a lot of dirt.

Front door only locking sometimes.only half of radiators working. Some windows not closing. Window blinds half hanging off.water in shower more cold then warm.tumble dryer left full of damp sheets and towels. Back garden real mess. Not like picture on booking app

The pictures from the booking do not correspond to the reality. When I arrived at the house, the clothes washer and clothes dryer were working. The washing machine was running all the way to the middle of the kitchen and the clothes dryer ran for more than 3 hours deafeningly. That was nothing, but we had no heat and when we had to wash we were frozen because there was no hot water either. I got in touch with the owner and instead of acknowledging the issues, he kept dragging the conversation on pointlessly. I asked him to send someone to fix the heat and he said he would. After 1 hour we also called the owner and asked where is the one they sent for the heat and he said he didn't think he would arrive that evening considering that we only stayed there 1 evening and no evening because that lack of interest and common sense made us leave there after just 3 hours and something of staying there for nothing and we also ran out of accommodation. I called and reported the problems again to the owner and announced that we were leaving because of the poor conditions. The owner agreed to return our money only over the phone, because when we contacted Booking, the people from Booking said that they sent a request to the owner to return our money but the owner refused because we used some towels. We had no way of realizing that the water was not warm until we were already in the shower. What were we to do, to leave wet from there? At least that much common sense if he had and if he returned our money back. He could keep the money for a few used towels, but not all the money for the accommodation, of course. Luton airport was great as accommodation, heat and everything, although I slept on airport seats. Thanks to Luton Airport.

Given the cold weather we had, the house was nice and warm, which was a pleasant surprise. Nice and spacious 3 bedroom, but we we couldn't make the most of it due to limited time.

The washing machine was on. The house looked dated. Felt like it could do with a tlc. Didn't expect there to be emergency lights but it didn't really affect me as much as the other guests.
