The property was very dirty, carpet had stains. The house smelt of marijuana. The mirror in the bedroom was dirty. Bedroom wardrobe were broken

The place was dirty and wasn't able to get the WiFi and when I asked the person they completely blanked me. There wasn't any electric so we had to put the emergency electric on

- House had a strong smell of stale marijuana/weed smoke - the window in the lounge area couldn't close because of a piece of metal that didn't allow the window part to meet the wall part. It wasn't possible to remove the blocker. This did not make us feel safe as this is a ground floor window that is big enough to fit a small person through - the beds had plastic sheets - the bedrooms hadn't been cleaned, went to put a glass of water of the shelf and it was a thick layer of dust. - the fridge in the kitchen isn't stable, when you open the door, the whole fridge tips towards you. - front door can not be opened, if there had been a fire in the kitchen and blocked the side door the only option would have been the lounge doors which went to an enclosed small garden. Not far enough away from the house in case of a fire.

When we arrived every single window on the ground floor and first floor had been left open which i thought was a bit odd - until i entered the property and it stunk of weed! They had clearly been trying to air the property out - this had not worked.... Accommodation was in a very poor state of repair, patio doors on the ground floor which weren't able to be locked, broken furniture, decorations/walls badly damaged. There was chewing gum on the kitchen floor - which one of my children stepped in. The pictures used to advertise the accommodation were clearly taken a while ago as it was not as described at all... This was by far the worst booking.com venue I have ever had - be advised that booking.com do not vet these properties! I left the property within 5 minutes of entering, it was not a place i was going to spend the night with my three young children. I tried to contact the property to discuss these issues but they have been unwilling to engage with me. If you want a clean and safe place to stay then Do Not Book this accommodation.

It was dirty carpets where all marked outside patio was all broken and old it was horrible

Needs some TLC, blinds broken in every room, shower changes from hot to cold all the time, the emergency lights stay on all night shining through the bedrooms to keep you awake, the internet won't stay on meaning the TV doesn't work. The whole place is a bit tatty with stained carpets and marks up the wall.
