James was very welcoming and it was a nice touch as there was bread, butter, milk & jam on our arrival, he had also put a bottle of champagne in the fridge for our 1st wedding anniversary, such a lovely gesture, thank you so much. The accommodation was great. It was also nice as we met James's wife, Susan & their beautiful little dog, Mimi. The location is perfect if you want to travel to Bath or Bristol or just chill out for a few days as it is set in such tranquil surroundings.

"Wonderful setting, good hosts and comfortable appartment."

We loved the view and the appartment. A welcome surprise when travelling with two teen girls was the second bathroom and the airconditioning. The hosts (and cute dog Mimi) were very welcoming and every need was perfectly catered to. Lots of great things to do in the area. We stayed for 6 days, but we needed more time in this place where we felt right at home.
