The place was clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, offering a fully equipped space that made it feel like home. Its location, just a short distance from Rye, was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside. Additionally, parking was convenient and secure. It felt very safe.

Everything was absolutely perfect, but if I had to be picky, there were quite a few spiders, which is understandable given the countryside setting. Additionally, some of the windows lacked curtains, making it a little unsettling when it got dark outside.

"Beautiful stay"

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage in March. Lovely home, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Rye and surrounding areas, quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend and will book again!

"A home from home."

Great location, close enough to travel to plenty of beautiful points of interest during our stay. Charming place with everything we needed. Cosy and comfy with a great bed ( would love to know what mattress that was!).

Outdoor space was a little over grown. Didn’t endear us to sit out during our stay.

"Idyllic Countryside Cottage"

Lovely country cottage in an idyllic location! Well positioned to visit Rye, Camber Sands and Tenterden.

The local shop only opens in the morning (until about 1pm I think) however is well stocked, so get the shopping in early.
