Large, comfortable house that was great for a family get together. The family loved the games room, pool table, toys etc. Bedrooms were large and comfortable.

Some small maintenance is needed, locks on the bathrooms would be good for a large family. A teapot and cafetiere would be appreciated.

Very spacious for all ten of us - good location - the games room was the best thing as it was well used when we got back at teatime - we didn’t do any major cooking tending to do pizza, barbecue and eating out . A great area to explore the coast and the water park was a hit

Felt it needed some TLC in one or two rooms and the garden furniture and garden areas needed sprucing up. We had a great holiday and we all enjoyed ourselves

Massive, had everything we needed, fab garden games room, hot tub and bbq

It was a bargain for the price

The space of the property was brilliant. There was everything you need for a stay with toddlers to adults. The garden was brilliant and the grandsons enjoyed picking and eating the blackberries.

The property wasn’t pristine and a little tired. This however didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely big house kids loved the games room adult boys loved the pool table we all loved the hot tub my Saint Bernards loved the garden. There was everything you needed we appreciated high chair little plastic plates knives and forks bibs and a step in the shower room as we had little ones with us. Sky was a big plus and the cinema room for teenagers.

Great place to stay with our extended family. Very comfortable and well equipped. Games room, hot tub, and the large garden were a hit with the children. Also liked that we could all sit and eat together.

The property was a fantastic size for get togethers, garden area is gorgeous and well kept, games room was a fab area for socialising, there were 9 of us and plenty of space

The property had a foisty small throughout the downstairs living areas, the kitchen tv and sky box had water on them we reported this, light switches were half missing and lights upstairs flickered with some bulbs out, downstairs bathroom taps were faulty two of which fell off when used, blind in games room fell down not that it was needed, there was dust everywhere even inside wardrobe shelves, ornaments on top of the main bedroom were covered in dust and the light fittings had cobwebs

This property was clean and tidy, it was stylish and extremely spacious with a huge enclosed garden. Such a beautiful place!

Between the 12 of us who attended the weekend no one could pick faults!
