Good location, alot to do within a 30 minute drive.

Loads of space in house and garden but alot of clutter. To declutter and fix small things like doors not closing and to give a good clean and coat of paint would make this perfect.

Beautiful home , fantastic garden and hot tub bbq, plenty of space for a big group of people property has everything you need , great location , not far from flamingo land, Scarborough and whitby would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend at the house with our family 10 of us in total, The facilities are great everything you need for brilliant family holiday

Loved our stay here. Excellent house for groups. Fantastic hot tub to relax in and plenty of dining space inside and out. The Games room is and added bonus with a pool table and sky projector. Nice little welcome package left by the owner was also a lovely touch.

This property is amazing, it’s so spacious and the games room was the place used the most. The full size pool table and toys in there for the kids are amazing. The garden and hot tub was a massive bonus, the pics don’t do it justice as to how big that garden is.

Nothing, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

There were 8 adults in here and we never felt that we didn't have room to move. The house is huge there is plenty of seating. The games room was fantastic...especially the pool table and all 8 of us had loads of fun in there. That and a projector on the wall was perfect for a movie night or for listening to top tunes via mtv etc. The garden is absolutely huge, well manicured and very secure. There are items in the garden to keep children amused but they're a little weathered. We didn't have children so wasn't an issue. The hottub, which seats 6 comfortably, was very much needed after a few days of exploring. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, crockery and the normal mod cons such as a toaster...and there's a huge fridge freezer in there. The room is light and airy and has great views of the garden. Bedrooms were massive clean and comfortable. There is also a master bedroom with an onsuite. Downstairs has a double shower room....a lock on this door would be advantageous. Especially as we were a group of friends. 2 very large bathrooms. One with a double shower. The other with a very deep roll top bath. Plenty of parking for 3 cars too. Such a beautiful.area to explore too. Already we are looking to book it again.

I dont think there was anything I didn't like. I honestly loved it all. We had an issue with the heating and hot water at one point, but the owner was very attentive and worked hard on fixing it. Eventually calling a heating expert, on a Saturday,when the problem could not be resolved. We were kept informed throughout this process.
