Clean, good location for our journey, plenty of rooms , good experience, and everything were excellent above our expectations. We are definitely coming back. Thank you.

Good location. Bus stops. Shops. Takeouts. All walking distance. Size of the property is good for large groups/families. All rooms ensuite. Garden. Has wifi and TVs in all rooms.

Unfortunately the property is quite poor inside. A lot of things are old.. damaged and not replaced or fixed. Oven did not work. Both fridges struggled to get cold.. had to play with this all weekend eventually one fridge did but maybe 3 degrees nothing colder. Freezer draw broken cannot access it. Place was not cleaned to a high or good standard. The lace curtain to stop people seeinh into the room had fallen and was just left there. So we had to keep the curtains shut every day. They were not blackout curtains either which I feel would have made a difference considering the sun faces that way. One shower door could not open. One of the men eventually managed to get it open. Poor water coming out the shower like next to nothing. The pictures of the property did not match the present condition of the house. Cleaner was cleaning til past 7pm. Time for check-in was changed to an hour later. Which was fine but considering the cleaner only finished cleaning past 7pm was really quite poor. I would say there should have been much better communication from the property.. unfortunately as a result. We would not stay here again. Similar price for us all 9 adults and a 3 year old at travelodge. At least it would be clean and clear communication.

The host was very responsive to messages, which made everything easy to organize. The house is perfect for a group of people, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Cleaning is very poor bed dust and no dishwasher is working.

I booked for 2 nights before I went the property they took my all amount from my bank then when I reach the property they asking £150 deposit.( but they didn’t mention on their website before about the £150 deposit) but I paid that deposit too on that spot. But they didn’t give my deposit back and no response aswell. I feel they cheating for the £150

Located near a commercial area with lots of food options, groceries and bus connections. The house is very big with an attached bath with all bedrooms. The host is very responsive.

Beds were not very comfortable. The wooden floor in the upper bedroom is very squeaky which disturbs sleep on the ground floor. The seats of some dining chairs were broken. Toilet door locks were not working.
