Stunning 5 bed house, 2 mins to beach and town, with free parking

Really spacious and walking distance for what we needed. There is a parking permit for one car and a 24hour Carpark nearby.

Property has mostly everything you need , needs more wine glasses as there was only one and six of us :)

Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable.

House is tired. The pictures on Booking.com are old.

The house was very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. There was a lot of equipment in the kitchen. Spacious clean bathrooms and three toilets was a bonus.

Despite there being lots of equipment and cutlery in the kitchen there were only 6 mugs and there could have been at least 10 adults. A washing up sponge and/or J cloths would have been helpful. There were only 8 towels but 9 guests, generally each person is allocated a hand and bath towel. The house and bathrooms were very clean but there were a lot of 'bits' on the rug and floor of the front room. There also appeared to be a few unfinished work jobs around the property.

Nice and clean and good location.

It was big and there were plenty of rooms. Big kitchen and living area.

Perfect location, the street itself was extremely run down but suppose that can’t be helped

The property itself was surface clean however further look into it a LOT of work needs doing, floorboards missing on top floor bedroom, window in dining room unable To be opened, all bins full on arrival, empty beer bottles in garden floor not hovered or cleaned, bedroom with on suite door frame hanging off

Large apartment, comfy beds. Great for our families which were staying. Lovely neighbours, one of which et us borrow her parking pass. There was also enough room for one car in the back garden.

The house had a stale/damp smell so we bought air freshers for rooms, it could have been cleaner. The area behind the house was very run down, lots of buckets overflowing.

Pulled up outside the property and was initially a little concerned - we'd booked a 5 bed house and from the front of the property it was hard to see how this could be true. Opened the front door and was massively impressed. High ceiling large living room leading to a large dining room and then through to a large kitchen with downstairs cloak.room. Each bedroom was a large double with very comfortable beds, TV's in most rooms and facility-wise lacking for nothing. House was clean and tidy. This is an amazing property and is only a 10 minute walk from the Blackpool Tower, around 2 minutes walk to the beach. Landlord was easy to contact and was exceptionally helpful. Would happily stay again.

Only issue, which is no fault of the property or the landlord, was some neighbours arguing in the small hours. Easily silenced by closing the windows and hey, it is Blackpool so what do you expect!

Struggled with internet connection for the various TVs although didn’t really come away to watch tv so wasn’t a massive issue

It was like home from home. All amenities were available and host was fully contactable
