Location and size. Beds were very comfortable.

Little bit run down, could do with a bit of TLC. Also only space for 1 car but can sleep up to 11 guests. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving the other car on the main road where we couldn’t see it.

Lots of bedrooms with big and comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen/dining space and a separate living room.

Only thing is with a group to have more bathrooms but this isn’t something that can be changed - and we coped fine with 2.
