Very well equipped, quiet area, location good.

Local perfect for what we needed

The accommodation was dated, needed a lot of maintenance to it and smelt in some rooms

The location was great

The taps were very loose in the kitchen & bathroom & the toilet flashers were very loose too. Would have liked a light switch in the attic when you got in the room & would av liked shelves & a mirrow in there too. The morning we left there was an awful sewerage smell .

It felt very homely and nice

I did contact them to say the toilet was leaking and the tap in the kitchen was very loose, I even sent photos, but didn't get a reply

Location, quiet, light, parking

A few little bits of maintenance needed but didn’t detract from our stay. I was glad I could take pillows from another bed for the loft bedroom. Lighting remote didn’t work but normal switches fine so no problem. A second key would have been useful for our group. It’s a lovely house.

Very clean, modernised and comfortable, the location was perfect.

The only thing was the downstairs toilet didn’t lock, however everything else was lovely
