It felt homely and spacious. It was good value for money and we would definitely come back.

The location was perfect

It took me a minute to understand the heating system. Probably because I am an American and never used that type of heater before.

Location was excellent, with permit parking, so no problems. Easy access to property.

Took a while for the house to get warm, and the stairs to the third bedroom were very steep.

The location

The dishwasher was full of unwashed plates and cutlery, The underfloor heating in the dining room and kitchen areas was on, and it wouldn't turn off, there's no instructions in the handbook for the property on how to switch off the heating. Was told in the property information not to put any hot saucepans on the kitchen worktop as they are solid wood and will Mark easily, The worktop look like they haven't been oiled in years. Generally, the house wasn't clean, cobwebs, etc,The frying pan was not washed properly, so we washed everything before we used them, I feel I could not recommend this property.

Very central location. Lovely house with good facilities. Three comfy bedrooms, easily accommodating 6 people.

A few small issues, such as missing bathroom door lock, but nothing major.

The location is perfect. It's a lovely quiet street in easy walking distance from the cathedral and steep hill. The house is great for a group of 4 friends to relax and sleep. The carbon monoxide alarm went off and the owners came over immediately to fix it. Great service.

The mattresses were too soft for me, but that's personal preference. I also expected shampoo to be available, but the house is excellent value for money, so perhaps I was expecting too much.

A few more cooking utensils dishes etc Bedside light did not work.
