Very well located for our event. The rooms were comfortable and sufficient linen provided.

Couldn't get the shades in the upstairs room to go up no matter what I tried/did. Not having a shower rack/holder in the upstairs bathroom made bath time quite... interesting

Great location.

Heating wasn’t left on, cold on arrival but soon warmed up.

Wonderful property, extremely well designed to maximise space and comfort. We had the attic bedroom, with views over the cathedral and the sunset. fantastic kitchen extension, full of light and would have been ideal had we needed to cook. Location is superb, quiet street with parking, but literally 5 mins walk from the Cathedral. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants in this wonderful city. Our favourite was The Old Bakery, and the Strugglers pub, both a short walk away.

Attic isn't suitable for taller people.

Great find, very close to Lincoln old town and walking distance to Central city. Modern accommodation in older property, Plenty of daily shops close by, Burton Road and the Bailgate areas.

We arrived when it had been raining for days, would have nice if the heating had been put on for our arrival. .
