Quay Cottage

The cottage was immaculate & modern, had everything we needed & was true to the photos. The added touch of leaving us tea, coffee, sugar & fresh milk after a 3 & 1/2 hour car journey was a very welcomed touch. Communication was top notch with our host & he was very accommodating to our needs. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & would highly recommend the cottage to others.

Location, got the bus right outside to meet family in Chester. Husband loves serious cycling so great base for him to cycle to Wales. Pub across the road for cheaper meal. Lots of nice pubs and ice cream shops around the corner.

Very clean and neat property within a short walk of all the facilities and the lovely views of Parkgate. The communication between us and the host was good, and all information provided was very clear. It was nice to have decent quality bathroom towels.

Nothing. This suited us and our dog extremely well for our 3 night stay to see family in the area.

The property is well located, very compact , warm and ideal for a short break. There are lots of local walks but also easy to access other towns including Liverpool

Some traffic noise, but settled overnight
