"Loved the house may return just couple of niggles"

Lovely house, loved the decor, size and location. The village. Buses to Berwick, Seahouses and bamburgh.

If you leave the garden lights on about 20 mins it pops the electric in the house and you need to reset the trip switch. The fusebox is nr the ceiling in the living room nr the door. We are older women and only just managed to get on a chair to do this - couldn’t find stepladders. Could a toilet downstairs be fitted be the back door where the coats are hung? Smells from the restaurant in the garden however fabulous they are it could be annoying in summer. Trying to book a taxi is nigh on impossible. Just a suggestion but maybe a shelf in the back bedroom and mirror on wall next to wardrobe. Noticed someone previously burnt the carpet nr the plug there obviously left hair straightener on the floor. There’s numerous large truck deliveries to the restaurant next door.

"Comfortable and cosy cottage in a great setting"

Pulls off being spacious but cosy at the same time. Bed was super comfortable. I really appreciated the heating was left on - hate getting to a cold rental!

Directions could have been better as wasn’t easy to find in the dark - say it’s next to the cafe! And shower was a bit weak but okay.

Everything. A spacious, well equipped, exceptionally located cottage experience. Enclosed garden for dogs. Behind and next to pubs and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Other beautiful beaches within a 2 mile radius.

I liked the layout and the location. It was very cute and warm!

Nothing to hinder the stay but noticed the floor in the kitchen could’ve been cleaner.
