Fantastic location for many walks on the beaches and in the National Park or Ainwick. Beautiful cottage, and lots of great eating options in Beadnell, will definitely return.

The fan from the next door restaurant is quite loud on the garden but didn’t bother us as not the weather to sit out plus we spent all our days in the beautiful surroundings.

Bit grubby. Also didn’t like the constant cooking smell from the cafe and hotel

The shower! Very low pressure and unable to angle the shower head without holding it.

Lovely location and a charming property including a garden. Beds very comfy

The shower pressure was very poor. Seating in lounge would have been inadequate for six. We found the sofas not particularly comfortable and too low. Could have done with some larger pots in the kitchen.

Great location, close to the beach, village shop, cafe and pubs. Lovely accommodation, very homely and of a high standard.

Only downside was the extractors from the cafe and restaurant - smelt strong at times but wouldn’t stop us booking again.
