Clean and nice layout for the most part

No upstairs toilet and location. No hand towels.

It was nice and homely and clean when we got there .

safe secure garden for the dogs good kitchen facilities

the area - didnt feel safe walked out to find a shop the area was covered in graffiti and had gangs of people felt a deprived area - someone stole the wipers off my car

The house was very clean and comfortable and had all amenities we needed

The heating did not come on as weather was very wet and cold ,would have been nice for heating.

Comfy beds, the garden was good to sit out in the sun with a brew. Not far to walk into Bristol.

Thought parking was going to be a stress but was ok. Found a spot and payed at metre.

Not a lot! It was basic and somewhere to sleep but never again! I only wish I had read EVERY review!!

The owner knew we were arriving at 9.30pm. At least make yourself ‘available’ at the end of the phone. We couldn’t get in with the keypad as the first number didn’t register and therefore the door wouldn’t unlock. I messaged the owner. No reply. In fact it’s now nearly 12 hours later and still no reply. I rang his phone. No answer. So we are now stood in one of the roughest areas in Bristol with crowds of young men walking all in the road. Totally felt unsafe. Eventually we got in after multiple attempts. The house stank. Just needs a good clean and revamp. The washing machine doesn’t work. I’ve just read the reviews and this was mentioned in April but the owner clearly hasn’t fixed it. We had no hand towel in the bathroom and 4 small bath towels for the 4 of us. No extra towels in case we needed one. Back door does not feel secure! All in all don’t bother! We very nearly went to look for something else. We only stayed as it was late at night by the time we got in and we were luckily only staying 11 hours!!
