Amazing place, tastefully decorated with unique character. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with woods and fields to walk in, a gentle river, and the delightful mill pond to sit next to or swim in!

"This is the best place I've stayed in the UK - the setting is idyllic and so peaceful."

Overlooking the river, with abundant wildlife - rabbits, deer and birds of prey. The accommodation is immaculate and spotlessly clean. And the location is great, a short drive along quiet country roads to Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings.

Self catering. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with up market appliances, china and silverware. Hosts are friendly, respectful, gracious and helpful.

Could have had better mattresses on the beds.
