The Well house

Superb meeting of historic old property with modern convenience in interior style and facilities. Love location outside town hustle while close for great walk down through quay. Sound of birdsong and running water outside property very restful. Easy access to coastal walking and shore.

Check in/ out couldn't have been easier. Key box next to the door and a message a few days before our arrival with the code. The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for us and secure for the dog. The location is amazing and the views are outstanding - be sure to follow the steps, just outside the gate on the right - head up and see a further seating area! We will 100% be coming back!

Struggle with wood burner however I reach out for help, they message me with advice. Still same trouble with wood burner. It did not stop us enjoyed our time and staying at lovely home and grateful for heating floor!

The Well House is a fabulous little place that contains everything you need for a weekend stay. The under floor heating kept it at a cosy temperature. The bed was comfy, the shower great and we especially liked the boiling water tap. Great location.

Loved every thing about my stay at The Well House. Comfortable, quiet and clean. A quirky little property with stylish decor, a little courtyard with a stream with goldfish! Plus parking right next to property. Plus a treat left for my dog and for me on arrival. A great touch. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Well House it exceeded my expectations. The place was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Situated in a charming location, it offered convenience without sacrificing tranquility. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Everything about the property was great, but be mindful the road outside can be slippery on foot when wet.

Beautiful little hideaway within walking distance of Ilfracombe. It is cosy, warming & quirky. Love the little garden with the water, fish & frogs. Lovely to hear the owl as well. The accomodation has everything you need, it's very warm, cosy, clean and comfortable. The hot cross buns, milk, tea & coffee were a lovely touch. We had a lovely few days. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the coastal path. The little estate itself is pretty & great to be able to park right next to the house. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
