The Well house

Great location, lovely clean house which is well looked after. The little garden with waterfall would be lovely to sit in when it's warmer. Well equipped (lovely thick towels) and great location for walking to the harbour and town. 5 min walk to good traditional pub. Friendly host and helpful.

It was difficult to warm the house up the first night - one of the coldest nights of the year - we couldn't work out the heating. The second night it was lovely and warm as we kept the burner going for longer. It could do with a warning sticker on the hot sink tap as I burnt my finger when we first arrived, not realising it was a boiling water tap - I read it in the manual afterwards.

Loved the combination of old & new. The location was so quiet & peaceful. Perfect for a chance to recharge your batteries! Will definitely be going back.

Lovely little house, very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Log burner got very hot and easily kept us warm through the night.
