Excellent house for 2 to stay on a break, hidden gem we had our dog with us and the house had a small secure garden which was great to leave the door open in the hot weather

The location was perfect- quiet and within easy walking distance of several nice places to eat (The Thatched Inn, The Lime Kiln cafe (booking advised) Parking was adjacent to the property. Milk, two scones and clotted cream were waiting our arrival - a lovely surprise! The property was clean and the sea view from the 'arch' window is beautiful.

well house is a charming little property that has everything that you need for a few days away. the home is comfortable, and the owners supply not only towels and linen, etc, but also extras in the kitchen as a welcome. we took the dog and it was safe as the small garden has a locked gate so she was safe, and the property is within walking distance of Ilfracombe town where there are lots of dog friendly places to visit. we didn't meet the owners as they message with a key code for entry, but they keep in touch by message if there are any issue or you need anything. it's a lovely place and I would recommend it to any couple wanting to stay in Ilfracombe thank you for a lovely few days😊

Great stay perfect location very clean and well organised

Great location and lovely ‘home away from home’. Everything you needed for a staycation - either when eating out and just needing a place to lay your head, or somewhere to cook and eat in. We would definitely recommend.

It was quite warm for the few days we were there, which may just be us, but we wanted to flag it. Having the underfloor heating come on at the end of May is an indulgence that probably isn’t necessary. We spent much of the trip with the door and skylights open! Save yourselves some money and save the planet by adjusting the heating timer!
