Clean, great location

The location can't be beaten. It was a genuine thrill walking up to this property on such a gorgeous historical street in Rye. Such a convenient and beautiful place to stay to experience the town. Compact inside but had everything we needed, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. The communication from the friendly and helpful hosts was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the property was incredible, in the middle of the town with everything within walking distance. The owners were very communicative from before we got there and the flat had everything we needed.

It would’ve been better to have a sponge in the kitchen.

Perfect location right in the centre of Rye, but away from the High Street so still very peaceful. Downstairs toilet as well as upstairs bathroom which was very handy. Well-equipped kitchen. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts.

There was absolutely nothing that was “wrong” with the property - obviously you have to be mindful with your parking arrangements, although we had no problem getting two 24hr stints in a carpark for £3 each time.

Fantastic location! The house has everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The bed was a little soft for my liking but that is personal preference.

Brilliant location, very convenient and close to all the sights Rye has to offer. The hosts were lovely and provided a high chair and cot for our son.
