"A perfect little retreat in a beautiful part of Rye."

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Sussex House, myself husband and teenage son. it was comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, it was so great to stay in a very picturesque part of the town close to all the great restaurants, shops and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was generous, plenty of pillows and a good throw. The kitchen is small but well equipped and the living space comfortable to hang out in. The bathroom was clean and contemporary and the shower was good. We didn't meet the hosts Liz and Andrew but they were very attentive, responded quickly to messages, and checked everything was ok. It was everything we wanted for a short break and hope to return.

Our stay could not have been better! This house is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail. From the fresh milk and coffee pods to the charming rooms, everything was thoughtfully prepared. The added touch of ghost stories and games made the experience even more special. The location is perfect, making it an ideal getaway. We truly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Little Sussex house was perfect for our weekend stay with our 7 year old daughter. Liz and Andrew were in touch immediately after our booking and the week before with comprehensive information. They had made the house warm and welcoming for our arrival. The location of the house was just brilliant. We walked everywhere. The house was spotless and complete with mod cons. It would be perfect for a short or longer stay.

We couldn't stay for longer. We only just scratched the surface of what Rye had to offer.

"Beautiful and comfortable apartment in historic village"

Compact and warm little place (it was winter) with a great vibe in keeping with the rest of Rye. Great facilities with all the essentials. Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.
