Factors House - A comfy cottage in countryside park with WIFI and access to bar and pool

There was loads of room for our family of 4, it was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. It was also conveniently located for many of the walks that we wanted to do

The property was very easy to find within the Erigmore Leisure Resort. The key for the property was left behind the bar for us and the barmaid was very friendly upon arrival. The house itself was for great for the dogs and the layout ideal for us having a catch up with our friends. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was warm and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for the weekend.

Part of what attracted us to book Factor house was the access to the pool, restaurant and bar. Sadly, we were turned away from the restaurant at 6.40pm on the Saturday night despite the sign saying the kitchen would be open until 8. This meant that after settling in for the night we had to venture out to find food. After eating through in Dunkeld we walked across to the bar to have a couple of drinks around 9 but this too was closing up early for the evening. Although this didn't ruin our weekend we were disappointed not to have been able to use the on site facilities as expected. Understandably, the leisure park is quieter during the winter months and we took this into account.

Spacious, warm, good kitchen and bathroom. comfy beds. Bar and restaurant next door but still quiet. playground for kids. pool was great. Nice walks. Friendly staff.
