Factors House - A comfy cottage in countryside park with WIFI and access to bar and pool

lovely property, good layout, nice wee outdoor bit, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone

It was homely plenty of room for us 4 adults and child plus dog! enclosed garden!! which was great close to pool and park.

twin beds were very squeaky!! my daughter kept waking up. could do with a lick of paint in places

A good place to break up a long journey on the way north.

The property has generally very good fittings and furniture, but the property would look smarter still with updating of the internal doors

very central for visiting family on the park . warm , well equipped & comfortable beds .

we had to call maintenance as toilets were not refilling this was however resolved that day . Had to request a bedside lamp for one of the bedrooms . there was a lot of dust could have been cleaner & some rooms tired .

lounge chairs very uncomfortable

Bare floorboards made it feel unwelcoming rather than cosy view from the lounge window was off the bin store. Country park feels like an exaggeration it is a caravan park. Pool not open beyond about 5pm and then not open till 9am
