Factors House - A comfy cottage in countryside park with WIFI and access to bar and pool

Spacious and beautiful with everything that you may possibly need.

Wi-Fi is extremely weak so don’t rely on it.

Great swimming pool, easy check in, comfortable property. Easy to get to nearby attractions

Potentially if the swimming pool could be open until 6 it would give greater options for families, booking essential each day

Perfect location

Chairs and setee in the living room were not comfortable.

Nice big property, there was plenty of room for the five of us. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. After a long day on motorbikes this was the perfect rest up before starting our journey on the NC500. Fantastic swim in the pool, and the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food in the bar/restaurant was lovely particularly the chicken and bacon sandwich. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only thing would be a recommendation rather than a complaint, some condiments in the kitchen such as salt and pepper would be handy for those travelling light like us.

Lovely cottage, well appointed, spacious and furnished well. Comfortable with great parking.

The upstairs bathroom had a very, very serious black mold/mildew infestation around the windows. We closed that door and did not use the room for health concerns. In the main upstairs bedroom, the wardrobe was at a lean and could easily fall over and should be mounted to the wall.

The house was centrally located on the property.

No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Had to drive into town to buy some as the main building was locked up. When we signed up in Booking.com we thought the it was located in Perth , but was really 15 miles away. Being from the States we didn't know that if you entered the zip code into the GPS it would have found the house, instead we were lost for over an 1 1/2 hours by the time we arrived all the food spots were closed ( not the properties fault, but was frustrating.)
