Park view chalet

Park view chalet was in a great location. Great communication with the owner Steve before and during stay. The chalet was fresh and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Lots of nice finishing touches. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Linen and towels lovely and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have storage space in bedrooms and bathroom too. Walk in shower worked well with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The enclosed outside area was a real bonus for me and for the dog. The park itself was quiet and very well maintained, and site staff were friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the Main Street with plenty of facilities including a laundrette, yummy bakery and convenience store just over the road. I would highly recommend Steve and his chalet and will definitely be returning. Thank you Steve for a great stay!

I I didn't find the property very clean mould on all Windows and Net curtains. oven very dirty .no toilet paper and only one bin bag .single bed mattresses very uncomfortable springs almost through

Loved the location as just a short walk to all the shops and the beach. The chalet was nicely furnished and had everything you needed. Loved the little veranda with the table and chairs.

Sadly the main bed was very very small as in smaller than a double, a little larger than a single. No good for larger people like us, we were squashed with bums hanging out of the bed 😁. Fortunately, I had read about a previous quest arriving later than planned and when they go to the chalet there was no electricity. She wasn't aware you had to purchase electricity cards for the meter and had to wait until the next day when reception opened to purchase cards. It was only because of reading this I was aware of the electricity meter. The was no mention of this on the booking description or in the information pack on the table. This needs to be made clear, maybe put a sign on the cupboard door where the meter is to explain you have to check the meter and top up with electricity cards purchased at reception.

Location was good. Close to beach and facilities.

Was not told about buying electric cards. Sat in the dark from 7 30 in the eve until site office opened at 9. No hot water to bathroom and kitchen taps.

Area was good. Bar was great the staff friendly, dog friendly Well set out. It was what l needed for a break with my dogs.

The accommodation was poor, settee was uncomfortable could only sit on one part as the rest had little of no stuffing, bathroom needed updating, lounge carpet needed a good clean, the outside needed cleaning the white plastic fronting was grey with dirt
