M18 Abbey Hey Guesthouse

Location is okay, close to the city and easy access to connect any place either by bus or train. The rooms were spacious with enough beds. Shopping areas are very close and there is a shop by the corner under 1 minute walk You could cook and do laundry which made it homely. Easy access to the owner of the place.

This is not to downgrade but to give room for improvement The back door is not properly airtight. Snugs came in the first few days we were there. Had to secure the door to avoid snugs and too much air coming in. No cleaning while we were there. Lack of some kitchen equipments, no tissue for kitchen and toilet,no hand wash soap in the toilet and the electric kettle is leaking.

first we went there they not give me same house they give me different house faraway from Manchester I m very disappointed very old property not standard. very cold house single glazed windows my kids sick there and small mouse there also never go back

Not much. The local convenience store was not open when it was needed.

The location is close to everything the area is quite and the host was friendly and nice

beds comfortable house was clean and tidy on arrival and guest was accommodating when we arrived slight ahead of time

this is more our fault than the property but location for us was a bit far from town.

well centralised and easy accessible to amenities.

The staircase not really children friendly and some heaters not working. But the good thing is staff able to respond when highlighted to them.
