Place was clean and tidy, host was really friendly and comfy beds. Was really easy to get in and out of Manchester for the gig we were seeing.

Our check in was delayed by an hour when we were almost at the property. However this was due to the group before us leaving the place a mess. More notice would've been appreciated.

A Fine House, Comfortable and Warm . Excellent travel links into the City ,Great Communication with the Host. Highly recommended. We hope to Return. And also a handy Corner Shop not even a minutes walk.
