Clean beds comfy

We hebben op doorreis een nacht geslapen op deze accommodatie. Het was er schoon en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig (o.a. handdoeken, keukengerei, wasmachine en droger, grote koelkast en diepvries). Het is een fijn plekje voor een kort verblijf.

Voor een gezin met vier kinderen is het aan de kleine kant (huis is wat ons betreft geschikter voor max 4 personen) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer is niet zo comfortabel.

There is free parking in the car park behind the house! Although the house is small it provides everything you need! Good kitchen, good bathroom with a great shower! The lounge is very small but the courtyard provides a nice outside area! It was very clean! The bedding is old but clean! Beds are comfy! Great position for Thetford town!

The stairs are very steep and could prove difficult for some! The bedding could do with being replaced but it was all clean!

Location really good easy access to places. Property superficially clean. Has dishwasher washer/ tumble dryer

Says parking but it’s a free car park round the back for everyone to use with no guarantee of a space noting two cars had windows smashed in them presenting a worry when leaving decent car there The back door was very difficult to lock from the outside so we ended up using the front all the time Strict instructions on the use of property were given almost making you feel like a student with no visitors day or night . Our son was staying at the premiere inn as he was in a running event and couldn’t come for a cup of tea . Property felt like student accommodation numbers on doors in need of refurbishing and decorating and a good deep clean too. Couldn’t find instructions in the property on how to use oven -we couldn’t get it to get warm . Kitchen had minimal crockery and cutlery 6 of each which was written on every drawer cupboard etc Dishwasher needed to be put on regular to ensure we had a glass or. Cup or plate to use. The lounge was like I say what you would expect student accommodation to be there was a 3 seater sofa bed to sit there was 4 of us staying in the property so had to sit on a dining chair when we wanted to relax. The bathroom was very small and shower was small had mould on the rim at the bottom There were standard bath towels which were very thin . Staircase was extremely steep with twist in it and with the bathroom downstairs was a problem getting up going down in the night to use the bathroom Beds were lumpy and old only one pillow each where I normally have 2

Close to everything we needed. Very clean and fab little home

Very easy to find, the shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was fully equipped. knives were lovely and sharp, and plenty of crockery .Tea and coffee and sugar were provided which was a nice touch ,right on the edge of town too very easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Hive heating system, very user-friendly, warms up very quickly. Bedlinen lovely and clean and smelt great. would probably stay again if the mattresses were more comfortable and the pillows were pillows were better quality.

Kitchen floor was very dirty, the beds were very hard and the pillows were lumpy and flat. The bathroom towels were really small . The kitchen towel was tiny . Not enough seating in the lounge for a family of 4 to watch TV together without having to use a dining chair. The sofa was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The carpet up the stairs was incredibly worn and dirty, so our white socks got incredibly dirty , had to wipe down the banister as it had some kind of residue on it.
