Edinburgh - Seton Sands - Rio Caravan - Pet Friendly

The accommodation was very clean and very cozy. It was exactly as advertised in the pictures. We loved our stay there.

Location, good for a group of friends wanting acccesibility to Edinburgh at a good price...pet friendly (and as at Sep 20224, no charge for the 2 border terriers)

A pungent smell on the couches. Not that it ruined the stay for us, there was a stale type odour - none describable. Gave it a quick hoover and a wipe with the Zoflora product (diluted - provided by host) and did the trick for our stay. I would not let this put you off booking though, it is a little gem.

The caravan was well equipped and organised. The place was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. It is located at the end of the park, so it was easy to get to the footpath and to the town.

The WiFi is really poor and overall connection to the mobile network is unstable. You are in the camp/caravan site, so be mindful that if you require a stable Internet, this is not the place for it.

nice and quiet site. Beach across the road so perfect for nice walks, the kids and the dog really enjoyed this. A good shop on site. Restaurant was okay. Kids enjoyed the breakfast. Fish and chip shop was okay for a one off meal

Would have been nice to have another take away food option other than just fish and chips. An ice cream shop would also have been good. Not that many vegetarian options at the restaurant

It's was cosy and homey caravan. Comfortable and clean.
