Edinburgh - Seton Sands - Rio Caravan - Pet Friendly

Very clean, well equipped and cozy caravan holiday house! The caravan park area is big and the location is next to the beach. We wish we can come back here again!

Very clean caravan, welcoming hosts and overall and great value.

The wifi was terrible. Most of the time it didn’t work and was more frustrating than I would have preferred. Phone reception is also poor in this area so be prepared to have limited connectivity (which could be a positive for many people).

The caravan was very comfy and cosy, everything WE needed was there. Our hosts were very helpful, and the camping has all facilities. I highly recommend!

Our aim was to stay close enough to Edinburgh to have a day trip to the city and then make it to the airport early the day after and for that specific purpose, this place was great. It's in a cute village by the sea, it was very easy to get to the city by bus (there's a stop right outside of the caravan park gates) and the airport was a half-hour drive away. We didn't really use any of the park facilities but the caravan itself was excellent - comfortable beds, the space is well thought out, the kitchen well equipped, there were lots of movies for the DVD player.

The caravan was pet friendly and smelt of dogs but we don't have such pets. It was otherwise very clean. The mattress was very soft and my son's in their 20s were much too long for the beds but it was all we could afford near Edinburgh. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. Park facilities are extra but not our requirement. We had an enjoyable 2 days stay and were very grateful for it.

We booked this property so that we could support Fiona’s first ever marathon run. Location was perfect as she passed the holiday park twice. We did not have a pet staying at the property.

The regimented rows of caravans at Seton Sands were a bit bleak. Other than that, all was good.
