The caravan was immaculate and very comfortable. No complaints at all

We didn’t know we had to pay extra for the play pass until the week before and we couldn’t buy for the 2 nights we had booked in so it would have been a 3 day pass minimum. We felt it was a bit expensive for what we got so we declined to buy it. I think if we had known in advance it wouldn’t have been so jarring. It didn’t stop us having fun though.

Caravan was in a sunny south facing location. Sun hit the caravan patio around 10.15 and remained all day. Caravan was beautiful inside and immaculately clean. Lovely little extras like shower gel & towels provided, DVDs and playstation. Beds were comfortable. Close to mini market. Quiet area of the Park which was secluded, lovely and peaceful for sitting at the outdoor patio. Comfy patio furniture. Glad we booked a privately owned caravan rather than through Haven. Great check out time of 12noon. Great communication with owners. Bus stop right outside the complex takes you into Princess Street in around 1 hour. Would definately book here again. Thank you.

Nothing really - wifi was hit or miss, but tips in handbook how to improve and our holiday was about relaxation and shopping so not an issue.

It was great location. I loved that it was at edge of holiday park, there was path to go to seaside. A field right next to it to fly drone. Kids enjoyed so much. Hosts have been brilliant, communication was great. They let us now when caravan was ready for us. Loved that tea, coffee, sugar was there. Its nice to be able to have hot drink after long journey. There were board games, DVD player, game console. BBQ and table outside with umbrella.
