Kuta Mountain Bungalows

John and his wife were very welcoming, the hotel is very well located, not far from the center. The breakfast is very good. The hotel offers all the services you need.

The setting is great! Nice and peaceful surrounded by greenery. The staff are exceptional and look after you. My best stay in Kuta.

Great place to stay, John the owner is really helpful. Bungalows are nice with a chilled out vibe. Monkeys moving around in the forest.We used one of John's scooters to get around and see some of the stunning beaches nearby. Great local restaurants within walking distance and central Kuta 5 minutes with the scooter. Perfect base. The only small thing but for me wasn't a big problem was there isn't hot water,just to give the heads up for people who can't do without for a shower. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything! Very nice people - John and Inni. Always there to help you. There is an easy solution to every problem. We loved this place and will return once we are back in Kuta! It was one of our highlights- very relaxing! Thank you!

Everything! The hosts - John, Inni and Umar - were most welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our chats with John at breakfast and felt very well looked after at all times. The bungalow, surrounded by jungle, was beautifully furnished and was most comfortable with a high quality mosquito net, two pillows to choose from, a ceiling fan and an air con. Our favourite was the cold water, partially open air shower - it was wonderfully refreshing after a day on the beach. We also appreciated free water refills and tea making station in the room. At night you only hear jungle sounds which we found very soothing. Breakfasts were most delicious and VERY filling with lots of opportunities to spot wildlife too. Great restaurants and beaches were only a short scooter ride away - and a good quality scooter was waiting for us on arrival. Great laundry service offered on site - Inni’s folding was exceptional, our clothes were always fully dry and we appreciated being able to hand in our last laundry in the late afternoon after our last time on the beach. Umar drove us safely from Lembar port and then onwards to Tetebatu. Thank you :)
