Lovely 4 Bedroom House in Central Bath

It flooded. Plus very noisy neighbours.

Lots of space

No duvet for the pull out bed which we had asked for prior to arrival. Had to move the sofas around so we could set up the sofa and keep it out and move around the room Underneath the sofas was extremely dirty and we had to hoover

Clean and tidy, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy..

It was a bit strange not to have bin bags

Great house and perfect location! The property is in a fantastic spot (only about a 10-minute walk into town) and the free parking is a real bonus as Bath is very difficult and expensive to park in.

The reason for not giving a full rating is that we didn’t receive the property information before arrival, which made it a bit tricky to find the exact location. The property is on a pedestrianised street and sits between two roads. We eventually had to enter the house and scan the QR code on the fridge to find out where to park. There are also a number of concrete steps leading to the property, due to the layout of the entire housing estate. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would have been helpful to know in advance since we had a family member with slight mobility difficulties. Overall, it’s a lovely place and we’d happily stay again. Thank you :)

Communication about the car parking spaces and we could not find the TV remote during our stay

Location was excellent - walking distance to all the major attractions in Bath The accommodation was spacious and had everything you would need.

Cannot think of anything

The location was good for exploring Bath, and the house was equipped with coffee and other essentials which made our short stay easier. For two nights it suited our needs for sleeping and breakfast.

The beds were very soft and uncomfortable, and some parts of the house felt a little tired — the carpets, kitchen floor, and the conservatory, which had quite a few cobwebs. Parking wasn’t always readily available, and there were a lot of steps, so it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I also received several repeated emails asking for my arrival time, even after filling out the form once, which felt unnecessary.

Fabulous location, all within walking distance of the town. Lovely bright, modern spacious town house. Plenty of room for 5 girls and their stuff! The kitchen had all the condiments, which was great. Plus tea and coffee. We had a great time, all the beds were comfy, as were the sofas.

Nothing that I can think of.

Lovely, large house 10 minute walk from The Roman Baths. Bedrooms are a good size & has two bathrooms. Beautiful view of Bath from the front of the house.

Lots of stairs to the property & not well lit at night time. Property is a townhouse, so more stairs once you're inside. Too many messages from house management.
