Lovely 4 Bedroom House in Central Bath

Location, comfortable, kitchen well equiped. We wouldn’t describe the property as “Stunning” more “Homely”.

Hard to find, in need of a bit of a spruce up, especially carpets. Unable to get extraction fans in both bathrooms working. Struggled to dry clothes - no clothesline or dryer but we found clothes pegs.

Great location just 10min walk from central Bath. Lovely views from the house and plenty of space in the property. Very clean and well presented.

Ideally closer parking but only 100 yards to property and pictures and instructions in email made it very clear where to park.

10min walk to city centre. Plenty of space, 4 good size bedrooms with great living space. Ideal for our family stay.

Nothing great spot I would happily return.

Spacious property, had everything needed during our stay.

We had requested a cot well in advance of our stay. I contacted on the date of our arrival to confirm the cot was in situ, I was advised that a cot was not available. Following numerous telephone calls, a cot was eventually provided. This was very stressful as I only booked the accommodation on the basis of a cot being available. The guidelines regarding parking are very poorly described. The allocated parking slot needs clear numbering so it can be identified. I would recommend not arriving to this property in the dark. Very poor street lighting at night.

Cleanliness, tidiness, location to city centre and communications were good.

House was stated as "stunning 4 bed house," and the photos were excellent. However, it seems the photos were a few years old as the sitting room and kitchen were a bit tired, carpet was stained on stairs and living room, 1 bed was very creaky, 1 bedroom had a smoky smell and several bits of crockery had small chips in them.

The house was gorgeous! The downstairs room and bathroom was perfect for those who are not accessible with all the stairs. The house is gorgeous, perfect location, views are brilliant and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and so did the house.

Nice inside - homely and well furnished. Close to the centre of town.

Thin walls made it noisy - could hear every word spoken by the neighbours. House is in an developed estate / meaning it’s a terraced house crammed in amongst other houses. From the outside it wasn’t stunning at all.

Lovely house. Really spacious for a large family. Great location. Convenient walk into town. Checkin and out times are not flexible. The house was located in the middle of a steep hill with a considerable amount of steps up or down required to access from the road. We had elderly relatives with us which was tricky. Anyone with mobility issues or a baby would struggle. Unloading and repacking the car was challenging and getting the shopping delivered. Car parking although available with the house was frequently used by other people .
