Lovely 4 Bedroom House in Central Bath

Communication with company excessive, property wasn't ready but cleaner was lovely and did a great job. Property was hotter than the sun with no way of adjusting heating. But did the job as we weren't in it much and location was good.

Convenient location. Easy walk to central Bath.

Would have been useful to have specific parking info earlier, particularly as I requested it. Tea towel would have been useful, especially as the dishwasher did not work properly. (only used it once on first night, and it did not clean dishes, just baked on any food traces.) I’ve used dishwashers of various brands for 40 plus years, so don’t think it was a user problem. For 6+ people a large saucepan ( for pasta or potatoes) would have been useful. Only saucepan was small to medium in size and unusable anyway as completely burnt. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped. More access info would have been helpful, I am sure some folks with large suitcases would not appreciate the steps and pedestrian only access. Designated parking is quite a distance away.

A fantastic location with many comfortable rooms, well maintained. Clear instructions and communication (perhaps too many communications.) The team kindly returned two rings one of us left behind without any hassle.

Kitchen could have been better equipped e.g. more tea towels, more dishwasher tablets and more than one towel per person would have been good. Neighbours were noisy but that's not the property's fault!

Exceptionally clean, well resourced and good location for walking into Bath

The parking is a short walk, either up or down many steps, this can be tricky with luggage and if you have mobility issues.

The location was great.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The water pressure and temperature in the downstairs bathroom wasn't great. And the dishwasher had to be unloaded when we arrived.

the bed on the ground floor was old and wooden and every move you made through the night made a noise keeping you awake

Downstairs bed needs replacing, the loudest bed I have ever slept in, the smallest movements create the loudest noises. Downstairs shower water pressure not good. Parking very confusing from the links I was sent, needs better explanation on the property summary.

Very clean and well equipped..4 bedrooms was a bonus.

Access up the steps with luggage was a struggle.

The house was warm, and the lounge room was comfortable. Amazing shower! One of the best we've had in England! The view of Bath is outstanding as well!

Finding the accommodation was quite difficult, especially if you're arriving in the dark. Would not recommend this accommodation if you find stairs difficult.
