Very cool house in a great location. Really well equipped with a great layout. Amazing views.

Happy in general, nice views. Local countryside park is nice. Pebbly beach. Dog friendly.

Toilet seat loose and moves about. TV buffers often.

The view from the property and location was great.

The layout of the property was very weird, small and cramped. You could touch the 'kitchen' from the tiny toilet on the ground floor. The 'shower' was upstairs next to the bed, all very cramped. There weren't many nice touches sadly, the welcome pack was below standard as someone who goes to a lot of places.

As previous reviewer mentioned - tiny understairs toilet but that was known about so not a problem if research properly done.

The property we paid for had a lovely view

We arrived to find people in the property. The hostess didn’t respond to any contact until we had called booking.com customer services twice. She admitted that she never changes the key safe code because it’s too much hassle and that these were previous guests who’d helped themselves to the property. Her story changed a number of times which made us suspicious whether this was the truth. After an hour and a half, she told us we could stay in her other property which was very similar.But it wasn’t - it was a hut in the back garden - tiny, dark and decorated like a boudoir. She was very focused on the impact to herself and trying to manipulate the situation to show herself as the victim. As soon as I mentioned a refund she became unpleasant and hung up on me. When we did eventually get into the correct property for the second night, it was obviously not professionally cleaned. The hostess refused to change the key safe code which left us very concerned for our safety. She assured me that she had the only other keys but we woke up the next day to find that she’d left them in the key safe all night. Booking.com gave me a small gesture of goodwill but told me that the hostess refused any refund. As can be seen from my message and her reply attached, once she has your money she is not interested in customer service. Judging from responses to other reviews and previous dealings with her I expect the response to be nasty, self-pitying and dishonest which worries me but I just didn’t want other people to have a similar terrible experience.
