Lovely little place. Good comms, nice host. Good for having a short break.

Unfortunately there's only a very small downstairs loo which is the main "bathroom" with no space to put any toiletries, the shower in the bedroom was equally small. Very minimalistic kitchen with coffee machine that didn't work because it needed cleaning, no towels to dry the dishes. There was no space to hang up clothes, only 3 tiny hangers and on top of that the ironing board was cramped into the same space. The only railing for towels was broken and the bedroom is very difficult to enter/ use due to the size and the sloping roof. There's no coffee table to place drinks on while watching TV and the kitchen only has 2 sockets

It's a little hidden gem in Hythe. Within easy access by car, to the high street with its array of boutique shops and eateries. Also a short drive just down the road, to the beach. The accommodation was high end and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you needed.

Everything was just so well thought out throughout the property! And the views were stunning. Will definetly return! And Tiffany the host was five star. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Loved EVERTHING

The location was very nice and within walking distance to High street, very quiet and lovely views. Lovely kitchen and living area

Drive is very steep and tricky to manoeuvre car on a slope. Downstairs toilet very small but manageable for one night.

The Bolt Hole is a lovely property set in a peaceful location with sea views. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The furnishings are lovely and fitting with the coastal views. The host, Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The bed was very comfortable, with super soft bedding. We only stayed one night whilst visiting the Hide & Fox for lunch, but we would have booked a second night immediately, had it have been available. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Nothing negative to report. I will point out that it is at the top of a very steep hill and may be an issue walking up for some.

The bed was very soft and springy. It’s a shame some of the furnishings aren’t better quality.
