Superb House in Looe, in walking distance to Beach and Bars with Great Views

Very clean very close to town and beach, the living space was a good size for us the relax in and the rooms where a good size so no one felt squashed in.

The park is tricky but there is a long stay car park about 5 mins away which I would recommend and as everything is so close you don’t really need your car unless you want to travel outside of Looe. Also the swimming pool isn’t available in august which I don’t think is a big deal but I didn’t think it was clear before I booked but as I said not a deal breaker for me.

Good location, a short walk into centre of Looe. Good views over the river from front bedrooms,, sitting room and front terrace. Overlooks main road (not huge) into Looe so busy at times but no road noise and didn’t really detract from the view or location. Super comfy beds, nice towels, clean & modern decor throughout including bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of space to sit/eat. Household stuff and a few tea bags/sugar/milk/S&P sachets available on arrival, enough for a couple of days (but no toiletries, ie shower gel, shampoo, hand/body lotion - which would be a nice extra given the price of accommodation). Nice to have the box of beach stuff for our children to use.

Some personal toiletries ie shower/bath gel, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, tissues would be a nice added extra in the bathrooms. It’s quite a slog, with lots of luggage, up 2 steeply sloped ramps plus steps to access the front door - but they warn you about this in the booking details. There are also 3 flights of stairs to top floor bedrooms. But good to be able to park on the road right under the property to unload (if space available). Would be good to have a drier as well as the washing machine - or a warm space to for drying kids’ beach stuff overnight.

Location, location and location! House was immaculate and just a home from home.

poor condition of the back of the house. A Barbecue out the back could not be used because was covered in Leaves and looked uninvited. Also it wad very wet because after Rain it flooded the back wall and seeped out continuously

Location was great. The views from the house were lovely to wake up to. The entire home is so well kitted out and so much thought has gone into making it into a comfortable, cosy space. It's a home away from home.

Great location and space

Loved the location of the house. It was a good time to be there less busy. My first trip to Cornwall on my Motorbike.

Just the parking, the property next to us had private parking We were told,so no big problem.

it was in a beautiful location, lovely decor ,the beds were so comfortable and the house has everything we needed

we had a few issues with scaffolding & plumbing issues plus a leaking shower which caused a little disruption but we were pre warned and it was quickly sorted
