Location was great...overall feeling is super...breakfast not elaborate but very satisfying...

Towels could have been better ...also bed sheets need to be changed...looking old.. also i am still getting mails from booking.com that i need to pay the amount otherwise my booking will be cancelled....whereas i have completed my stay.....pls look into this issue

needs better maintenance of the garden, Hot water geyser in one of the rooms was not working

Wash rooms, general upkeep can be improved substantially. The garden area can be developed little bit and I think that doesn’t require a lot of investments.. the security is very poor. The property is an isolated plave and there was no one at the gate at anytime of the day

Good dinner prepared by chef, Lionel ,udaya amazing hospitality.will come with 3families again. But quite expensive . Have to get discount if they give in next time

Heritage structure. Staff was very good..food was excellent Lived like home

Our room was near kitchen. Florring a bit old and needed maintenance. Wifi was not available though a data dongle given later. Towels and linen could be better. Water heater was not in room while staff would bring it on demand

It was a very beautiful estate, serene and calm, picturesque view. Lionel and Udhay were amazing and took every possible care while we stayed there. We are definitely going to stay only at Milton Abbott Estate whenever we are back to Ooty
