Not a thing about this place. Visited twice here already in less than 15 months and for sure will not stay anywhere else in ooty.

The caretakers and manager at the property are the BEST. Uday was our host. He took care of us thoroughly and politely. Rooms were cleaned regularly. The fireplace was our highlight. The villa is very cold at night. Sleeping without good heaters or fireplace is difficult. Uday was exemplary in his service and follow-ups.

A very comfortable heritage looking property with loads of space. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, beds are comfy and linen is clean.. bathrooms are nice and spacious again with modern fittings. Good cleanliness overall. Most helpful staff(Lionel and Udhay) and good homely cooked food with all meals being available. Families will definitely appreciate the ample space if they decide to apend a day in instead of going out.

No hairdryer, iron box in room

Excellent breakfast, but limited choice, and not available before 08:00 hrs

Cracked and chipped toilet seat, broken washbasin in dining room, all of which add up to health hazards. And limited parking, which means a vehicle has to be moved before the one behind can exit
