"Loved Rye and loved this quirky cottage"

Quirky, had everything we needed! Location was great for a weekend wandering around Rye. Courtyard garden was charming. Upstairs lounge nice place to relax.

Could have been a little cleaner. Ie a deep clean. Surfaces bath toilet etc was obviously clean.

"A really nice stay perfect for families."

It was very clean, everything was there that we needed. I personally loved the free standing bath.

More mugs needed as we all drink lots of tea.

Lovely accommodation, had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The house is in a perfect location for exploring Rye and wider areas. The host is friendly and helpful with great tips for parking etc.

Location was superb, such an easy walk into town and a shop just around the corner for food was excellent. Decor is quirky and fun and the beds were comfortable.

Pigeons are a bit of an issue in the courtyard and passage. Also being a period property, single glazed windows facing the main road out of town make it a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning.

The apartment was very cosy, we felt like home. In an excellent location near restaurants, supermarket, shops, the landlord was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
