Perfect location

In the centre of town. Very close to all amenities. Lovely sized bedrooms. Great for pets (stair gates were helpful)

We couldn’t work the downstairs shower…

Great central location, stylish and well equipped house, helpful and considerate host.

Excellent location walking distance from Rye main high street and the railway station. Lovely interior styling, good sized communal kitchen and living areas with a dishwasher, full cooking equipment and working TV with multiple channels. Strong internet connection. Comfy beds, quiet overnight even though property is next to the main road.

Dining table was overly large for 4 guests, unused and obstructed watching TV in lower living room. Second living room available upstairs though.

Can be a little noisy on a busy road..

Love the location really central. Very clean and comfortable. We are returning guests to Larkin House.

It's a shame that there is not longer parking outside the property but it's only a couple of mins to walk through to the parking on rope walk

The furnishings were lovely. Everything we needed was supplied.

It was on a very busy road and we had to park some distance away.

Location is excellent, very close to the centre of Rye. The cottage has been very well thought out with everything you will need provided. A bathroom both upstairs and downstairs is a real bonus and they were lovely and clean. We had no problem finding free parking every day in Military Road just 5 minutes away from the cottage. You can stop outside the cottage to unload your cases etc. The Costcutter shop 2 minutes away is a real bonus and very well stocked.

The only thing I personally found troubling was the continuous presence and noise of pidgeons to the back of the cottage. Which also meant we did not take advantage of the small patio garden.
