Barakah Lodge with Hot Tub

Property was alright and location is good.

The beds were not made, Found bedsheets were not changed and found hairs all over the duvet and bathroom floors. One sofa and chair was stained and not cleaned. It seems like deep clean was not done after last stay. Same reported to the concerned person. Even hot tub was not cleaned. Good holiday was ruined.

Mattress on the singles beds keeper slipping of main television in the lounge just kept cumming up with messages no arial connection but apart from them enjoyed it

The lodge was perfect I couldn't fault it.

I think the site could do with a shop on site and a park for the children

Amazing location and very easy drive to York. Quiet location. Hot tub was really nice. Heating worked very well and quickly warmed the whole lodge up. Excellent WiFi

Some items of cutlery were not very clean but we just cleaned before using them. Little privacy for hot tub

Great location close to york city centre had a brilliant hot tub and the park is quiet with great facilities

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable we both struggled to sleep with the springs sticking through the mattress lucky we had a hot tub to soak in .

Beautiful site location. Lodge lovely and clean. Hot tub great.

Stains on the sofas and chairs grubby. Mattresses on the beds thin, cheap and not very comfortable. Problem with the thermostat, lodge unbearably t hot and couldn't switch it down so had to call emergency number. Had to switch off at boiler. Had to report wet carpet in hallway as leak underneath.
