"Location brilliant, fantastic place to stay, will definitely do again if dates and time correspond"

Location can't be faulted, the facilities were great but depends on the family. we had a small child so the stairs could be an issue but we managed just fine. Love Precentors court it is a perfect location, lovely house though we used the single beds and my wife did not sleep so well but I slept fine left hand bed better than right hand bed. Car park is a bit away but there is a parking space in York what is not to like, and its a nice walk past the Minster. Our host could not be any more generous or welcoming Thank you Mark. Thanks for the milk, cake and bubbles welcome.

To be honest nothing. Our situation with 4 adults and small child the arrangement of the facilities could have been a bit more suited but it was our choice to stay and we made it work just fine no complaints at all fantastic

"Fabulous place to stay....."

The central location was perfect, being right next to the Minster was just amazing. Mark was a super host, checking up to see if we had settled in ok, and finding cake and bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch. Ideal place to stay for a family or group of friends, excellent value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like, but it's worth noting that yhe bedrooms are on the third and fourth floor - it wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone with very limited mobility.

"A great “girls” trip in this ideal location, everything was in our doorstep."

What an excellent location! Great communication with Mark and so nice he met us to talk us through the property and give some recommendations. The house was spotless and facilities were fantastic. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find. The beds were very comfortable with a great amount of towels for us all.

There was nothing not to like.

"Fantastic location for sightseeing, great property and a lovely host"

The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere. Mark is a lovely host who messaged before we arrived to give us directions, showed us round the property and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The board games and PS4 were an added bonus!

"The house the location just wow."

Location was amazing the property had the wow factor for us all. Mark was knowledgeable, helped us with parking. The welcome fizz and cake were a nice surprise. The house had everything you needed and more. It was just the perfect place for us to enjoy some family time.

"A fantastic, comfortable house in the heart of the city."

The location is incredible - right in the heart of the city. Mark, the host was really attentive and friendly; the bottle of champagne, as well as a carton of milk was really thoughtful. We celebrated our anniversary with the milk and poured the champagne on our Weetabix. Seriously though, this was a brilliant place to stay in every respect.
